Was it windy everywhere in the UK yesterday? and Should bouncy castles be better regulated?

a gale blew up here the other day in a space of minutes and ripped an open window from its frame and into the neighbours garden, if it had hit anyone it would have been curtains, it weighed quite a bit - guess I'd be done for manslaughter if it had.
