GH: Could Jax be Lucian's father?

Sounds crazy, I know. I read a rumour on a message board a while back that GH is resurrecting the Jax/Sonny/Brenda triangle. I've only been watching GH since the middle of 2009 so I have no idea if any of this makes sense.
