Do the 23,000+ additions to Codex Sinataicus & Vaticainus mean Resurrection accounts elsewhere are a fraud?

Just because one of the Gospel writers does not mention something that the others do, does not mean something did not occur. They compliment and complete each other. For example, if I say to you 'this room is green" and my friend who's been int he room also says '"this room has a chair in it". Do they contradict? No. My friend just mentioned something else he noticed about the room. Our Lord appeared to His disciples after He resurrected. Jesus Christ also appeared to over 500 people at once.
