St. Lucia or Punta Cana for a honeymoon?

I say St. Lucia by a landslide, because you say you want to explore outside the resort. I enjoyed my vacation in Dominican Republic but outside the resort isn't as nice as St. Lucia. The Grande St. Lucian is an amazing resort on an equally amazing and beautiful island.
