Pokemon leafgreen-can a dragonite have an egg with a tyrantar?

I know that they are not in the same egg group, and larvitar doesnt work with dragonite, but will tyrantar work with dragonite? is there any other way to get a larvitar with outrage other than through pkmn XD gale of darkness or colleseum? oh, pkmn haters, dont hate
