GH: Is Brenda being unreasonable?

I don't understand why the writer's are making Brenda so stubborn about having a DNA test done on Lucian. You would think because of all the lies Suzanne told that she would want to make sure just like Sonny keeps telling her. I mean what is the big deal about one little test? I don't think Sonny is asking for too much here do you?
